While the approach to each situation and transaction varies, we believe that a key common ingredient for success is a thoughtful and well-structured process.

Our clients include management, boards of directors and investors. Strata Advisory manages the process and drives the transaction, or project, for our clients generally by leading a working group. Depending on the nature of the assignment, this working group often consists of the client and other consultants that may be required such as lawyers and accountants.
